How to Request a Return:

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by Pitod, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
