Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and are here to help if something isn’t right.

You may request a return within the 14-day window from the date you receive your order.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The item is unused, unopened and in original condition

How to Request a Return:

Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of your order date. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and your reason. We will confirm eligibility based on AADA’s policy and provide next steps.

If your return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by AADA, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
