Returns Policy

We want you to love your order but if you don’t, we’re here to help. You may request a return within the 14-day window from the date you receive your order.

For hygiene reasons, beauty products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The item is unused, unopened and in original condition

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by Nzema Appolo, you will be notified whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
