To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unused, unopened and in original condition
In original, undamaged packaging
Returned within the 14-day window

The following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased during promotions
Items that are opened, used or damaged after receipt
Bundle products unless the full bundle is returned

How to Request a Return:

Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility based on The Sabi’s policy and provide the next steps.

Customers are responsible for returned items until they reach The Sabi. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by The Sabi, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
