Returns Policy

We want you to love your order but if you don’t, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unused, undamaged and unopened
Returned in original packaging, if possible
Returned within the 14-day window

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Request a Return:

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something seems wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by Karolina Naturals, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
