Returns Policy

We want you to love your order but if you don’t, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within the 14-day window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition in which they were received
• Returned with all original tags
• Returned in the original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a reliable tracked delivery service when returning your order.
• Exchanges cannot be processed against an existing order. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

How to Request a Return:

Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility based on Bodhi’s policy and provide the return instructions.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by Bodhi, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
