Returns Policy

To be eligible for return, items must be:

- With original tags and packaging, including the original order slip
- Returned within the 14-day window
How to Request a Return:

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved by Beatrice Bayliss, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
