Lark & Berry currently ships to Europe (excluding Portugal and Germany), the Americas, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination. Where duties or taxes are included, this will be indicated as part of your order. Any charges not included may remain payable by the recipient.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your order but if you don’t, we’re here to help.

Eligible standard online purchases can be returned within the 14-day window from the date you receive your order. Once a return has been requested, the item must be sent back within the following 14 days.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• New, unworn and in their original condition
• Returned with all original tags, certificates and packaging intact

Please note:

• Bespoke, personalised and other pieces made or altered specifically to a customer's specification cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or returned for change of mind once production has begun.
• Piercing jewellery must remain sealed in its original sterilised packaging. Once the protective seal has been broken, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty or otherwise covered by your legal rights.
• Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.
• Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless an item is faulty or otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend using an insured, tracked service.

How to Request a Return:

Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility based on Lark & Berry’s policy and provide the return instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving these instructions.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] promptly with your order number and photographs where useful so the issue can be assessed and resolved.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved by Lark & Berry, the refund will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with the applicable return terms. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
