Returns Policy

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Returned in original packaging, if possible
• Returned within the 14-day window

How to Request a Return:

Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility based on Pitod’s policy and provide the next steps.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved by Pitod, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
