Damaged or Lost Items:

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. Once confirmed, JulieMay will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Damaged items do not need to be returned unless you are specifically asked to do so.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and approved by JulieMay's, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
